    <p>The sale or supply of all products and services from the Victorian Wood Works Internet site are subject to the following terms and conditions:</p>

<h2>Your Acceptance of These Terms</h2>
    <p>By using the Victorian Wood Works Internet site , you are deemed to accept the Terms and Conditions of sale.</p> 

<h3>Price</h3>
    <ul>
        <li>All prices are Inclusive of GST and Exclusive of insurance/freight/handling charges.</li>
        <li>All prices are given in New Zealand Dollars.</li>
        <li>Our current prices are displayed on the product detail page of each item. We reserve the right to vary the price list from time to time.</li>
        <li>The information provided by this web site is subject to change without notice. While every effort has been made to ensure accuracy, Victorian Wood Works will not be liable for any inaccuracies in the information contained herein.</li>
        <li>Every effort will be made to supply you with your order, however, we do not accept liability should we decline an order or fail to supply due to unforeseen circumstances.</li>
        <li>Victorian Wood Works contracts third party Couriers for deliveries. We shall not be liable for failure to deliver on a timely basis due to causes beyond our control.</li>
        <li>Liability limited to price of product.</li>
        <li>No liability for consequential loss.</li>

<h3>Payment</h3>
    <ul>
        <li>We currently accept payment by Credit Card or Direct Debit.</li>
        <li>Credit Card transactions are processed through Paymex, a secure SSL encrypted payment gateway.</li>
    </ul>
   
<h3>Lost Parcels</h3>
    <p>We send out an email to you when your order has been dispatched. Please contact us within 7 days of that date if your parcel has not been received so that we can lodge an enquiry with the postal and courier service. We do not issue replacements for items that are lost in the post, until after the investigation and claim is completed by NZ Post and PBT Couriers.</p> 
    
<h3>Faulty Return Policy</h3> 
    <p>Any goods with a manufacturing fault will be:</p> 
    <ul>
        <li>replaced with the same; or</li>
        <li>repaired under warranty; or</li>
        <li>if neither of these are achievable then a refund will be given.</li>
    </ul>
       
<h3>Privacy</h3>
    <p>We are committed to ensuring your privacy. Information is collected at the time of sale in order to complete the sale and deliver the items. We will not give your details to any third party. You details will remain confidential.</p>
